I work from a client-centred, strength-based, trauma-informed and holistic perspective to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and experiences. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based practices, with a focus on strategies that promote resilience and long-term success.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, loss and grief, trauma and relationship dynamics.
