Chloe Harrison, M.ACP.

Registered Psychologist

Life can be challenging. It is normal to feel as though you have lost your footing. My role as a counsellor is to walk alongside and support you on your journey, helping you connect with your inherent strengths and take steps toward a positive future. I place importance on developing a safe, trusting, and non-judgemental environment for clients to learn, grow, and advance on their journeys toward greater wellbeing.

I work with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, pain management, stress, self-esteem, and relationships. My approach is collaborative and individualized, and together we will explore what you truly want, and create a tailored plan to build toward it. Along with empathy and support, I will integrate a variety of strategies and therapeutic experiences to make each session positive and valuable. It can be difficult to take the first step and I aim to create a caring space for you to feel seen, heard, and respected as we navigate your way to healing and fulfillment.

Finding the right counsellor for you is very important and so I am happy to offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if my approach will be a good fit for you.
