Erin Douglas, M.ACP.
Counsellor
Life can present us with many challenges and can make it difficult to achieve the life we envision. In my practice, I offer a compassionate sanctuary for individuals navigating these challenges and looking to learn new ways of coping with life’s stressors.
I believe in the importance of authenticity, curiosity, and hope in our therapeutic relationship. Together, we will explore your inner world, identify patterns, and leverage your strengths to foster positive change that is unique to your needs.
I provide individual counselling tailored to meet your specific goals. Whether you are looking to enhance self-esteem, improve relationships, or work through trauma, my goal is to provide a safe and inviting space where you can feel supported. I also provide couples counselling and use techniques drawn from the Gottman Method for strengthening relationships.
I adopt an evidence-based approach, which depends directly on individuals’ needs. I am here to listen without judgment and support you on your journey toward healing and growth. Ensuring we are the right fit is crucial, so therefore, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.
You can book a free 20-minute phone consultation with one of our therapists to learn about our approach and to see if we’re a good fit. See All Therapists.
