Our Rates

Our fees are lower than average to make counselling both affordable and reasonable. If you're curious, please take a look at information on industry average rates.

We also recognize the importance of making sure that you and your therapist are a good fit. This is why we offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to everyone that wants to get to know us a little better.

Insurance Coverage

Our psychologists are registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists, which means that our sessions are covered by most insurance plans. We also offer direct billing with Blue Cross.

Sliding Scale Available

Available upon request.

We understand that, sometimes, finances pose an obstacle to reaching out. As such, we offer a certain number of sliding scale appointments to those in need. Please contact us directly to inquire as to whether we are currently accepting sliding scale clients.
