As an attachment-focused psychologist, I draw upon emotion-focused therapy along with an integrative approach that incorporates various modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. My work is rooted in a client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed framework, allowing me to customize each session to effectively address your unique needs and aspirations.
I am passionate about working with diverse populations (ages 10+) and providing counselling in various areas, including but not limited to, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, sexuality and gender exploration, life transitions, and relationship issues.
