Raisa Morshed, M.ACP
Registered Provisional Psychologist
Life is a story continuously unfolding, with each of us as the protagonist. At times, unexpected twists can leave us feeling stuck. As your therapist, I’m here to help you explore your story, release what’s holding you back, and find a path toward peace, growth, and purpose.
I provide individual and couples counselling in areas such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, stress, grief, family conflict, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and mindfulness practices.
Everyone’s journey is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. If you’re ready to turn the page to a new chapter, I’d be honored to support you. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to ensure we’re a good fit because I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful growth.
Languages: Raisa is fluent in English and Bangla/Bengali. Conversant in Hindi and Urdu.
