We provide online counselling, from licensed therapists across the province of Alberta.

How does Online Counselling Work?

Online Counselling is much like Therapy in Person

Online Counselling (also Virtual Counselling, Telephone Counselling or Video Counselling) is just like going to see your therapist, only from the comfort of your home or office.

Sometimes it’s just too difficult to make it into counselling in person, which is why we offer counselling over telephone and video chat.

When self-isolated or Working from Home

Being stuck at home or working remotely can be isolating. First, know that this is not a unique feeling, and many people feel the same way.

Second, online counselling is a good alternative to taking care of your mental health while unable to make it in person for therapy, but it’s important that you find a good fit.
